Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription by emailing support@thejenniferrandall.com with the subject line "Attract.Enroll Cancellation". We require 30 days’ notice before your billing ends.

If you’re on the Ad Level: We're super eager to help, but we kinda need you to toss us the ball. Remember, every studio has its own rhythm, and as an extension of your team, understanding yours is crucial. We can only swing into action when you send us your requests for ads and scheduling.

If you’re on the Branding Level: Each month, we'll drop you a little "hello" email. It's a gentle nudge for any content wishes you might have. If you're swamped, don't sweat it! We'll dive into your website and craft posts that resonate with your brand's vibe.

Cancellations & Refunds

When you choose to subscribe to Studio Marketing Magic on an annual basis, you are committing to a full year of service. Please note that by agreeing to the annual subscription, you are also agreeing to our no refund policy. This means that once you have subscribed and your payment has been processed, we cannot offer a refund, partial or full, for any reason. This policy is in place to support the resources required for the sustained delivery of high-quality services throughout your subscription period.
